M, N and P are the operating resort. K and L are built to structure, with interiors not started. About 330 apartments in K and L could be finished for a tour operator. The AGM put the cost at €12–16 million, depending on the standard.
Act 16, the permission for use, is in place for building N, for building M and the commercial areas, and for most of the facilities. It is still open for building P. The 2025 annual report aimed to finish the company’s apartments in P before the 2027 summer season.
